The Hawaiian Village Hotel was built in the 1950's by Fritz Burns & Henry Kaiser. They purchased the Niumalu Hotel, along with 8 oceanfront acres, to build the Hawaiian Village, which started out with 70 thatched-roof guest cottages in the 1950's.
In 1961 the property was purchased by Hilton, and the hotel became the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Building and expansion has continued from the '50's through present day.
This menu is from the Tiare Tahiti Room nightclub at the Hawaiian Village, and is from the late 1950's.
