dinner & cocktail menu from Polynesian Room - Fort Lauderdale, FL

The Polynesian Room was located at the Yankee Clipper Hotel in Fort Lauderdale. The hotel was built in 1956, and the 300-seat floor show at the Polynesian was the first floor show in Fort Lauderdale. Though the Polynesian Room is long gone, the Yankee Clipper is still thriving, and just hosted this year's Hukilau event.

This 1960's menu from the Polynesian Room features dinner entrees and several cocktails on the back of the menu: Pi-Yi cocktail, Tahitian punch, Dr. Chan, Clipper Grog, Lost Horizon, Pearl Diver, and others.
