Billingsley's Outrigger restaurant was located at the Surf & Sand Hotel, 1465 S. Coast Blvd., Laguna Beach, CA. Tropical drinks, "exotic South Seas delicacies", and entertainment in the Mai Tai Room could all be found at the Outrigger. The Surf & Sand is still around today, yet the Outrigger is long gone. The souvenir menu below is from 1965.
