The Moana Hotel ( now known as the Sheraton Moana Surfrider ) opened in 1901 at 2365 Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki. A complete and thorough history on the hotel can be found here.

This New Year's Dinner menu is from January 1st, 1943 ( when a complete dinner was just $ 1.50 per person).
