The Niumalu Hotel opened in 1928 in Waikiki. The hotel was purchased in 1954 by Fritz Burns & Henry Kaiser ( along with 8 acres of oceanfront property ) to build the Hawaiian Village Hotel.
This souvenir dinner menu is from the Tapa Room at the Niumalu, probably dating from the late 1940's.
