The Royal Hawaiian Hotel, located at 2259 Kalakaua Ave in Waikiki, opened in 1927. History on the "Pink Palace of the Pacific" can be found here.

There were a series of 1950's drink coasters from the hotel which colorfully illustrated Hawaiian flowers. This particular one depicts the Coral Hibiscus.
