The South Seas was located at the corner of Kalakaua Ave & McCully Street in Honolulu. Owned by Eddie Ching Wan & Ching Mun Shee, it was a popular night spot for servicemen, local celebrities, as well as visitors. This dinner menus dates from the 1950's.
